We are dedicated to making gorgeous apparel and shoes while being as responsible and environmentally friendly as possible. We accomplish this goal by how we approach our manufacturing and sourcing.

First, all of our apparel and shoes are made to order. We are the perfect definition of slow fashion and take great pride in that. We have zero waste because manufacture does not begin until an order has been placed.

Second, all of our materials are ethically and locally sourced.

Last but not least, for our shoes, we participate in honoring and preserving the long standing tradition of exceptional shoe making in Italy which is carried on by countless families that have been making shoes for generations and are still passing down this unique tradition.

Apparel

Machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low.

Shoes

Leather: Remove any debris. Apply leather cleaner to a soft microfiber cloth and wipe down the leather in a circular motion using gentle to moderate pressure. Do not scrub or use excessive force. Repeat for heavily soiled areas. Once clean, use leather conditioner by applying to a clean cloth and gently applying it in circular motions to the shoe. Allow it to absorb for five minutes and remove any excess conditioner.

Fabric: Gently remove any debris, dry dirt and mud. Mix approximately 1 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid to two cups of warm water. Dip a soft toothbrush in the solution and shake off any excess water. Lightly scrub the fabric in small sections. Work within the grain of the fabric. Once done, moisten a paper towel with clean, warm water. Wipe over the cleaned sections until the soap is removed completely. Blot the shoes dry and allow the shoes to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat.

Suede: The easiest way to clean suede is to use a suede care kit. These kits include an eraser, brush, and suede cleaner. When using the kit, follow the instructions provided with the kit. In general, for light soiling, using the eraser and brush on small sections will usually remove the marks. Use the cleaner applied to the brush for heavier stains. Test on a small section of the shoe first before applying to the entire shoe.

Exchanges: All exchanges are free.

Returns: Completely love your apparel and shoes or we will refund or replace your custom shoes - no questions asked. Send your apparel or shoes back to us within 30 days of receipt and unworn and we’ll pay for returns from anywhere in the world. Send an email to our production and logistics team directly at the email on your receipt and we will send you a tag with return instructions.
